The arrangement was terrible. First, trip.com should explain I need a PIN to open the gate. Secondly, the PIn did not work.

Not the best experience. Budget hotels are fine but you’d expect sheets that aren’t stained and a clean room, I’ve no idea what the stain was but it made me uneasy to say the least, the pain was peeling in places and the room was very poorly cleaned. I will never use this chain again

Peu de bruit.
On arrive dans les escaliers une odeur agréable de propre s y dégage.
Le buffet petit déjeuners etait tres copieux il y en a pour tous les goûts.

Pas de bonjour, pas de merci, pas d’au revoir… la femme de l’accueil hoche la tête pour me demander ce que je veux. Je n’ai jamais vu ça. Scandaleux ! Nous ne sommes pas des chiens ! Je mets deux étoiles parce que la chambre était propre et la dame de ménage nous a dit bonjour. Je ne reviendrais plus. Je préfère payer plus cher et être accueilli au minimum. Nul!

Super séjour dommage que la chambre n'a pas été faîte niveau sol mais dans l'ensemble ont a passé un super séjour et le personnel est très agréable et accueillant
